++ My Lord, Our forces have arrived on planet and made contact with the Governor.  Protasia Primus is secure for the time being, but resources are running thin. Local defense forces are, indeed, decimated.  Will consult for punitive actions for the local governorship after successful completion of repelling the Xenos threat. Forces of the Space Wolves and Raptors, lead by Lord Russvik and Captain Rikhen, respectively, have arrived to assist in purging the Xenos scum from this world.  The first waves have proved to be ineffective, and further resources from the Chapters are being marshaled. A planetary beach head has only been marginally successful, as the Necron scourge proves to be most resilient.
